Key measures include speed limits (20 km/h citywide; 10-15 km/h near schools/kindergartens and Old Town; 17 km/h weekend nights), designated parking zones, and 3-hour relocation mandates for improperly parked vehicles during daytime. Rental vehicles must display company contact info and integrate tech to enforce rules. The regulations, enforced by municipal police, take effect 14 days post-publication.

If passed in the future, violators could face fines up to $2k, with penalties for minors falling to parents or guardians. Further discussions are set for May 7.
